Natural geometry

Not available as a canvas print. Print on photo paper possible in small sizes.

SNOWFLAKES ARE SOME OF nature’s smallest miracles – millions of mini mandalas, each one of exquisite but transient beauty, falling from the skies. Such profligate creative abundance – many lifetime’s work of mandala-making held within the palm of a child’s hand, glimpsed for just a few seconds before they melt away into formlessness again.

Here are snowflakes, falling into the black of oblivion, but also an evocation of other natural geometries – something of the peacock’s tail is here, something of the seedhead of a dandelion. So many mini miracles, drawn with a geometric precision we struggle to emulate with rulers, compasses and protractors.
