THESE ARE no ordinary flowers. They have not grown in the worldly garden but in the richer soils of the garden within, nourished by an inner sun. They are the rare and exotic blooms that eventually burgeon forth as the fruits of prolonged meditation.

If their forms appear strange, or even a little threatening, it may be that you have not yet the inner eyes to see their beauty. And if the subtle, otherworldly aroma that emanates from them cannot reach your nostrils, or even strikes you as foul, then perhaps your nose is not yet refined enough to recognise this fragrance of the infinite.
